This apartment is located in the middle of the woods with no neighbors within 1000 feet. This apartment building is located 5 minutes from the Earth Science Center Campus. It also borders the Heavy Equipment Training Site, so if you are in that major you can walk 2 minutes to get to class. It is located south of Williamsport, 20 minutes from Main Campus. It contains two attached units of three bedrooms each.
Each student has their own bedroom. The apartment is within walking distance of the Heavy Equipment Training site. Ample parking, fire pit, horseshoe pit, pond are all there. Each apartment is fully furnished. Each has central heat and A/C, wireless internet. There is a washer/dryer (free) in each unit. There is a river lot with a fire pit a ten minute walk away. If you do not like the thought of living in town and want to be in a quiet, safe area where the most likely noise is turkey or geese then this is a great place for you to live.
Price per semester per bedroom: $2,450. This includes all utilities except electric and propane heat.
