This apartment building is located five minutes from the Earth Science Center Campus. It is located south of Williamsport, approximately 15 minutes from Main Campus. It contains one 2 bedroom unit, one 3 bedroom unit and one 4 bedroom unit.
Each student has their own bedroom. The building is on a private drive with one other neighbor in a quiet neighborhood. The building is on an acre of land with ample parking, fire pit and horseshoe pit. Each apartment is fully furnished. Each has wireless internet, cable T.V. a washer/dryer(free), and window a/c in each unit. Students who rent here also have access to the student river lot and the pond. If you don’t want to be right downtown with all the noise, parking and safety issues this is a great place to live. Even if your major is over at Main Campus this is a quiet alternative and a short drive for a quiet place to live.
Price per semester per bedroom: $2,500. This includes all utilities except electric and the landlord pays for heat and hot water.
